Carrom, what a game, so suited to the hot and sticky Sri Lankan conditions as so little movement involved. Happy memories of some hard fought marathon morning sessions with Jamie, and more difficult evening sessions under often temperamental lighting conditions, sprinkle on the dancing powder and watch those discs slide. Its vaguely like pool, yet with fingers instead of cues. Was tempted to get my myself a board, thick rails Matt assures me are the making of a quality board, he found some beauties in the village apparently. Next time….

Hi if you fancy a carrom game in london, come down on Brick Lane on Sundays.
I also sell boards their so can save you some time and money in trying to carry one from Sri Lanka, else just pop down for a game, I dont charge for that!!

Excellent, i will do that. A friend mentioned in the week that he had heard that some Carrom was happening in London. Will hopefully make it down Sunday. Thanks for the invite
